2019 Ford Edge

<p>There are four trim levels to choose from on the 2019 Ford Edge. From the base trim to most upgraded respectively are the SE, SEL, Titanium, and ST (Sport) trims. All trim levels feature body-colored door handles, a rear spoiler, and BI-LED headlamps. </p> <p>The SE trim includes black exterior rearview mirror caps, body-colored door handles, dual exhaust with stainless brushed tips, and black molding. The SEL trim adds fog lights for enhanced night time visibility. It also sees upgrades to power folding rear-view mirrors that have LED turn signals embedded within and body-colored rear view mirror caps. Instead of black molding, the SEL trim has bright molding.</p> <p>The Titanium trim features the same upgrades over the SE trim as well as body-colored door handles with bright accents. The ST trim gets an upgraded glossy black grille with an "ST" emblem. It also includes unique body colors with minor visual changes to the front and rear fascia. The exhaust tips are made from polished stainless steel and are the trapezoidal variety. The ST trim also returns to having black molding instead of bright molding. </p>

There are two engine configurations on the 2019 Ford Edge. These are available based on the trim level you have and can not be interchanged. The SE, SEL, and Titanium trims all include a 2.0-liter, four-cylinder engine with an output of 245 horsepower. The ST trim gets a more powerful 2.7-liter six-cylinder engine with an optimum output of 315 horsepower.

Front-wheel drive comes standard on all trim levels except for the ST, which has all-wheel drive as a standard feature. All-wheel drive is an optional feature for the lower three trim levels. Independent front and rear suspension help keep your ride smooth while helping to deliver more power to the road.

<p>The interior of the 2019 Ford Edge is stylish and the console is equipped with several great infotainment features. The SE and SEL trims have single zone, manual temperature control, and the Titanium and ST trims have dual-zone automatic temperature control. All trims except for the SE have a leather-wrapped steering wheel. </p> <p>When it comes to entertainment, the 2019 Ford Edge is tough to beat. Throughout the cabin there are four 12 volt charging points. The Fordpass Connect system with SYNC includes a Wi-Fi hotspot for your vehicle and SIriusXM connectivity is standard on all trim levels. </p>

There are several top-of-the-line safety features installed on the 2019 Ford Edge. The cabin has a full suite of air bags that include side curtains, and a rollover sensor to deploy various safety measures in the event of a rollover. Both front passenger seats have knee level air bags. Traction and stability control features help prevent accidents on slippery or excessively rough roads.
